EnglishUSA focuses on agency relationships and addressing barrier to sending students

The Agent Association Updates session was held with organisations that are strategic partners of EnglishUSA  as part of the association’s Virtual Stakeholders’ Conference day, an online day of webinars held ahead of the in-person event next month.

Opportunities and challenges of US ELT Tatsu Hoshino , Executive Secretary of Japanese agency association JAOS , sent a pre-recorded video for the session that said that the USA is an inherently popular destination in Japan and that many notable individuals in public life have studies there, but said that Canada and Australia had become more popular for language and vocational programmes.

William Herrera , President of Mexican agency association AMTE , said that popular cities such as Boston, New York and Los Angeles are desired for some students, and added that the advantage for the USA is the perception of quality.
