Sanna Serspinski is the SEVP Response Center Section Chief with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Student and Exchange Visitor Program. Sanna has been with SEVP since 2014. In her current role, Sanna oversees a diverse federal and contract staff who respond to over 100,000 telephone and 50,000 email inquiries per year from students, schools, governments officials and other members of the public, and process over 65,000 corrections to the Student and Exchange Visitor System. Sanna is also a certified collateral duty mediator for other DHS agencies. She holds an M.Sc. in International Politics from the University of London (SOAS and Goldsmiths), UK.
