Russell Barczyk is a Branch Chief in the Office of English Language Programs in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and a Regional English Language Officer (RELO). Russell served as RELO in Rabat, Morocco covering North Africa and in Kathmandu, Nepal working in four countries in South Asia. He was an English Language Fellow in Morocco, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Turkey, having worked in a university, an NGO, a ministry of education, and an English teachers' association. He was also an English Language Specialist in handful of projects around the globe.
