Kelli Odhuu is the Branch Chief for the Virtual Engagement and Materials Team for the Office of English Language Programs. She previously served as Regional English Language Officer in Islamabad, Tallinn, and Beijing. Before her career as a diplomat, she taught English to language learners in the United States and other countries. Her doctorate degree is in Second Language Acquisition from Purdue University.
