April 2025 Visit to Merida
U.S. Commercial Service Mexico, in collaboration with EnglishUSA & EducationUSA, have organized a visit to Mérida to promote English Language Programs in the United States. A maximum of 30 programs (with limited capacity for an additional person from the same program) will be eligible to participate.

9:00 am – 1:00 pm “Travel & Study in the USA” Networking event inviting education agencies, school counselors, representatives of business associations, government officials and travel operators in Southern Mexico (Campeche, Yucatán and Quintana Roo) to learn more about short-term study and academic programs (ESL, camps, industry-related academic projects) and tourism opportunities (breakfast sponsored by BrandUSA).

Registration & Payment
- If you are an EnglishUSA member, sign into your program or individual profile to register for the event (with the member discount).
- Registration must be submitted online to receive a time/date stamp. Priority will be given on a first come, first served basis with current EnglishUSA members given priority over non-member programs.
- Full payment by credit card must be paid at the time of registration to guarantee your participation. If your invoice needs to be submitted and approved by another unit in your program/institution, full payment must be received by January 17, 2025. Credit cards are the only immediate form of payment to guarantee a slot; however, all registrations are time-stamped.
Total Cost per participant (you must be logged in when registering to receive the member discount):
- Members: $1280 (additional colleague = $450)
- Non-members (space permitting): $1720 (additional colleague = $500)
The total cost includes:
- Ground transportation (local transportation to meetings and events in Mérida)
- Group dinner on April 7
- Breakfast (at networking event)
This budget does not include:
- Airfare
- Lodging (group rate will be negotiated)
