Dana Saif, Founder and Executive Director at the International Language Academy ILA. Dana started the journey at ILA in February of 2012 and brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, academic management, advising, and compliance. As the executive director, Dana supervises ILA's daily operation, class schedules, and curriculum and class plan implementation. Dana also leads the Academy’s accreditation process with the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) and serves as the Principal Designated School Officer (PDSO) with SEVIS. Dana leads the academy's programs in academic and workforce sectors and manages ILA's partnerships with governmental, academic, and local institutions. Dana is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education degree at William and Mary. She has a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Organizational Leadership and has a TESOL Certificate from TESOL International. Dana currently serves as a commissioner with the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) and sits on the board of a local non-profit organization.
